The names of the JMX attribtutes for replication throttled rates don't include the name replication in them. This is a bit confusing. 

+MBean:kafka.server:type=LeaderReplication,name=byte-rate
 +MBean:kafka.server:type=FollowerReplication,name=byte-rate

Suggest ThrottledLeaderReplication etc.
