Log file is not created when open Jmeter GUI using command prompt

1) Define jamater\bin path in system environment variable "path"
2) Open Jmeter GUI using commpand prompt by typing "jmeter" <Enter>

Works for me.

The log file will be created in the current working directory.

If the user does not have permission to write to the directory, JMeter will
write to standard output.
