Yes I knew but current and previous implementation doesn't count {{devMode}}. I think it's a good idea that I try to add this (i.e. {{if(devMode)}}) to that PR which saves a lot of performance for user in-production apps. I know it's not backward-compatible but I think no one use or like to use this in production environment (because of performance and security). And 2.5.18 silently can do this and we can answer those not backward compatible user with these lines above :) wdyt?
