1.4.0 win32 binaries missing .mo files

Hello,

the archive svn-win32-1.4.0.zip is missing the .mo files in share\local.

Can someone please provide these?

Ugh, that was meant to be a private message.  Please do not pull files
from that url -- once they are verified we'll get them moved to
Collab.Net.

Would please try and verify that the new zips at:

http://www.shadyvale.net/files/Subversion/svn-win32-1.4.0/

have all the files and behave as expected?
