Description:
Transfer trapped ownership during snapshot deleted-table moves.
This change handles trapped-accounting ownership during snapshot delete/move operations. When {{SnapshotDeletingService}} moves deleted rows from one snapshot store to the next (or AOS), trapped ledger ownership and trapped counters are transferred consistently so store-owned accounting remains accurate.
