> Tests TestSpanNearOrdered02 - TestSpanNearOrdered05 in TestSpans.cs fail. These tests fail as a result of using an ArrayList in C# to emulate a TreeSet in the Java version. TreeSet in Java sorts its contents based on the default Comparator of the items - the ArrayList does not. Added a call to ArrayList.Sort() before the asserts in the test.
