tc4, iis 4, and multiple hostnames

I have one NT 4 web server machine that I want to host several websites at
distinct hostnames (foo.example.org, bar.example.org, etc). I already host
one website on this machine using IIS at foo.example.org:80. I want to host
a second site on this machine using Tomcat 4 at bar.example.org:80. Right
now I can only get Tomcat to serve bar.example.org:8080, and it also serves
the same thing at foo.example.org:8080!

How can I get Tomcat to serve pages only for a specific hostname and port?

thanks!
