Not at the moment. There were some interesting demos about future
developments, including a "cloud" version that could run in browser (so,
theoretically, on a phone too) at the Apache Conference last month, see
https://blogs.apache.org/OOo/entry/apache_openoffice_track_at_apachecon
but the development is still ongoing.
