https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=118930

             Bug #: 118930
        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: Edit file without password input after save
    Classification: Code
           Product: security
           Version: OOo 3.4 Beta
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: CONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: www
        AssignedTo: issues@security.openoffice.org
        ReportedBy: phoenix.wanglf@gmail.com
                CC: ooo-issues@incubator.apache.org

reproduce steps:
1)new a Calc file, save as with open and edit password
2)open file created in step 1
3)Click "Edit file" button on toolbar
4)Enter some strings after enter edit password
5)Click "Edit File" button again
6)Click "Save" on pop up dialog(file has been modified, do you want to save or
not)
7)Click "Edit File" button

defect:
in step6, file will change to read-only, but you can edit file without edit
password in step 7.

I think, when file switch from read-only to normal, it need edit password.
