2.0.1 branch

We've identified several issues that will require a 2.0.1 release:

1. installer issues
    * duplicated jar files, causing the size of the installer to 
increase by 20 MB unncessarily
    * Population script bugs (see JS2-448)
    * zip*** wording removed
    * better error handling
    * database selection fix for drop down of datasbase type
2. source files tied to tag, no need for SVN tags, doubling size of zip
3. decorator locator bug
4. portlet selector bug
...

Committers please take note:

We will be creating a new branch for fixes to 2.0.1:

  JETSPEED-BRANCH-2.0.1

If you are going to make a change that you would like to be included in 
the 2.0.1 release, you will be required to check-in to both the TRUNK 
and  the JETSPEED-BRANCH-2.0.1 branch.
