[PR] Fix collection element inference and compact binary chunk reads [dubbo-hessian-lite]

   Use inferred element types when deserializing variable-length collections, and recognize compact binary headers while reading subsequent chunks.
   
   Add public-API regression tests for lists, iterators, binary chunk boundaries, and supported Hibernate collection round trips. Keep existing tests unchanged.
   
   Validation: JDK 17 full reactor tests; 194 passed, 38 JRE-conditional skips.
