Kafka is now added as one of the groups in https://reviews.apache.org

Hi All,

Kafka project now is available as one of the groups in
https://reviews.apache.org.

As previously mentioned, creating review entry is NOT required for
patch submission. It SHOULD only be used as helper tools to help
review your patches.

The source of truth of your patch MUST be attached to your JIRA and
thats will be the one used to commit.

IMHO I personally thinks its very useful tool for discussion and
reviews of the patch but feel free to judge it by yourself.
