NOTE: This is not an actual vote. This is just a test of my process
for generating release candidates.
Please use the following artifacts to test the anticipated 1.5.3
release candidates.
I will call an actual [VOTE] on 1.5.3-rc1 in the next few days (which,
if nothing changes, will be identical to these artifacts, so it'd be
useful to start testing now).
