Help for College Research

Hi, i'm a computer science student of University of Padua in Italy. One of
my courses requires an analysis about an open source project and i chose
apache dubbo. My main goal is to obtain information about the development
process of apache dubbo. How commits are reviewed? What is the workflow?
Who reviews the code? and things like that. Any kind of help would be much
