   This is IMHO not needed, even not recommended since the changes will be lost on PHP sigfiles update.
   
   Simply put your files to **any** folder and add this folder to the PHP Include Path - either in Tools > Options for global availability or in the Project Properties dialog if you want these files to be available only in the given project.
