   It would be interesting to see how it could plausibly get into that state. It looks like the entry process exited `normal` and we handled it in `handle_info` at `ddoc_cache_lru:handle_info/2(line:219)`. We [found](https://github.com/apache/couchdb/blob/3.x/src/ddoc_cache/src/ddoc_cache_lru.erl#L215) the Pid in the `Pids` table but the key, which we assumed would be present wasn't there.
   
   It could be a race condition somehow or multiple entries (Pids) point to the same key?
