I feel like the title of this could be more descriptive of the actual change? Like "Ref Guide: make table widths automatic"? The fact that they weren't because of the PDF and it's no longer published in PDF is really only relevant for historic context in the description, and if for some reason I personally want to find this issue in the future, I'm not going to recognize it from the current title.
