I18nTransformer samples and source

Hi!

In the attached file you'll find source of the I18nTransformer2 a sample and
some instructions of usage. The Infozone Group's i18n proposal is also
attached.
A bug-fixing patch for Xerces 1.3.x you'll find in the patch/ directory.

See readme.txt for more information.

I am open for your comments.

P.S. I'll be absent until the 10th of May, so you'll be able to reply after
that day only - it's very good to live in Russia and have such a long
hollidays :)))
