compiled alpha version win-nt: diff3 does not work
hi!
i installed the precompiled windows client with the
provided setup. it seems that diff3 does not work
there.
i get the following:
svn_error: #21089 : <Error calling external program>
svn_io_run_diff3: Error running
c:\progra~1\cygnus\cygwin\bin\diff3.exe: exitcode was
2, args were:
....
i tried to run it like there, and got:
C:\tmp\wc\test\wfitse>c:\progra~1\cygnus\cygwin\bin\diff3.exe
...
/cygdrive/c/progra~1/cygnus/cygwin/bin/diff3:
subsidiary program `diff' not found
ford.

it would be great if the install-program does this (if
it does already install the diff).

The "diff.exe" program needs to be in your PATH. I just put it in
c:\winnt\
