[maven] changelog - not fixed :(
Well, it now just hangs. It's been running for 1/2 hr so far :(
Any ideas on debugging?

Pete and I are trying to work this out. I'm not having any trouble at
all and I'm trying Maven with several Jakarta projects. I will check out
Latka and try what you have there.
