Oliver B. Fischer commented on TAMAYA-17:

RAT plugin is now integrated into the build chain. RAT is active be default for the release profile ({{-Drelease}}) and can be executed by {{mvn clean install -Drat.skip=false}}.

Now I will take care of the problems reported by RAT.
