Can't locate API module structure 'config_log_module'

in my xp, apache 2.0.43, I add LoadModule config_log_mdule to my httpd.conf
start or restart or install, it response
Synstax error on line 137 of C:/Apache2/conf/httpd.conf:
Can not locate API module structure 'config_log_module' in file 
C:/Apache2/modules/mod_log_config.so: No error

when i access my site , it just reponse action cancelled, pleasse help,
