I can't reproduce this with a simple JSP that loads the driver and the class
listed in the error above.

Please provide the simplest possible test case (ideally a single JSP) that
generates this error when used with a web application that includes only
ojdbc7-12.1.0.2.jar in WEB-INF/lib.
