WebLogic 7.0 and SOAP or Web Services

Hello,

I'm fairly new to SOAP and web services. We have a WebLogic Server and I am
upgrading our 5.1 instance to 7.0. It appears that SOAP is now built in to
the Server's Core. I have the following questions:

1. Would it be better to set up access to code on our server via SOAP and
the rpcrouter or via Web Services?
2. Has anyone set up SOAP on WebLogic Server 7.0?
