PixelBender files for Linux support

Hi,

My $0.02 towards creating Linux support for Apache Flex: I've created
a new target of the main build file that collects all compiled
PixelBender files and puts them in a 'tar.gz' archive. Furthermore, I
have created a new Jenkins job on builds@a.o that runs this target and
'archives' the resulting file. Like with the upcoming nightly builds
of the SDK, this artefact will be permanently available using this
URL:

https://builds.apache.org/pview/job/flex-sdk_pixelbender/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/out/pb.tar.gz

This means that we now have a centralised way to distribute those
files and make them available to developers who want to build the SDK
on Linux.
