As agreed on the mailing list, the following changes are included in the second patch for LoggerAppenderEcho:
* the setting is renamed from htmlLineBreak to htmlLineBreaks
* If htmlLineBreak  is set to true, a <br /> element will be inserted before each line break in the logged message.
* the default value is set to false to keep existing behaviour

The updated tests and documentation patches are also included.

Please note that one test still fails: LoggerRendererMapTest::testUsage(). This is caused by another issue (LoggerAppenderPool is not cleared by Logger::resetConfiguration()) which has not yet been reported on JIRA, but will be soon.
