Whenever you rightclick a process group, it shows Variables. However, it does not show parameters untill you create a parameter context.

This is an inconsistent experience, and will slow down adoption of the parameter functionality. Therefore, the contextmenu of a process group should always show something about parameters whether the parameter context is already defined or not.

I have written some code for one way to solve this and will create a pull request.
