Query about Subscription

hi,
  I want to know how much support is given by ofbiz to subscribe a
product.Also the purpose of various entities like
Subscription_comm_event,
subscription_fulfilment_piece etc.

take a look at the products/entitydef/entitymodel.xml
ProductSubscriptionResource
there are description for some of these.
