A modest proposal on the schemas

We'd like to publish some schemata, but we can't publish them on a web
server on our (we sure hope) post-incubation URL. So, what shall we do?

 

What if we provide a catalog? That has two benefits: (a) it avoids the
URL dilemma, and (b) it avoids net traffic for users who want to enable
validation. We could even export one from Eclipse for them that like
that flavor.
