[jira] Closed: (DOXIA-229) Snippet macro works in SQL files

Lukas Theussl closed DOXIA-229.

      Assignee: Lukas Theussl
    Resolution: Won't Fix

Thanks for pointing this out, however, the snippet macro actually works independently of the file type, you can use it on any type of file. All you have to do is put the start/end demarcators into a comment specific to the file. The current documentation in svn trunk explains this better than the published site (http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/maven/doxia/site/src/site/apt/macros/index.apt?view=log), I don't think it's necessary to document/test every specific case.

>
> I just wanted to highlight that the snippet macro work in a SQL file like that
> -- START SNIPPET: projectid
> select * from project
> -- END SNIPPET: projectid
> It might be nice to have that added in terms of test coverage and documentation.
