   ### Description
   
   i'm trying to install apisix with this doc: https://apisix.apache.org/zh/docs/apisix/building-apisix/
   when running 'apisix init'
   a error occured: /usr/bin/apisix: line 29: //APISIX_LUA=/root/apisix-3.2.0/apisix/cli/apisix.lua: No such file or directory.
   
   i tried to fix the path error in '/usr/bin/apisix', run again,  but it report more errors.
   
   ### Environment
   
   - APISIX version (run `apisix version`):
   - Operating system (run `uname -a`):
   - OpenResty / Nginx version (run `openresty -V` or `nginx -V`):
   - etcd version, if relevant (run `curl http://127.0.0.1:9090/v1/server_info`):
   - APISIX Dashboard version, if relevant:
   - Plugin runner version, for issues related to plugin runners:
   - LuaRocks version, for installation issues (run `luarocks --version`):

   the reason:  can not install apisix in path '/root/xxxx'
