[Bug 56188] mod_proxy_fcgi does not send FCGI_ABORT_REQUEST on client disconnect

I was able to repro the problem with a simple php script that sleeps for a
while, you are definitely right. I checked very quickly the patch and it looks
good, but I am not super expert with mod_proxy_fcgi so I'll need to review it
more carefully and ask for some advice.
