re: when building webservice, clean is required

I did:
'ant -f build-svn.xml' and got numerous errors due, to a
NullPointerException during annotation processing, and due to duplicate
beans being present.

I then did the next two commands, and it compiled fine:
'ant -f build-client-svn.xml clean'
'ant -f build-svn clean build'

I think the 'clean build' is not needed, but it worked that way, and I
haven't tried to rebuild it.

The client code should not be in the classpath for the webservice, and
that is what appears to be happening.
