No problem filing the report here. It is true we don't have a better place.
But I don't understand why you would want to ssh tunnel an anonymous connection.
Just to assure the authenticity of the server? Perhaps, but if you are
very concerned about that, you probably should be using release builds with
PGP signatures rather than retrieving from cvs. There is no telling what
is in a cvs repository at any point in time.
