I know about another transformer, http://www.logictran.com/ , but didn't try

  I try Terasix, but still very complex and can't support image.....,

Hello...
For this, there aren't good solutions :
- use Word 2000 VBA to add a "Save As XML..." functionality ;
- use WHTML2FO from HP labs
(http://www-uk.hpl.hp.com/people/fabgia/wh2fo/wh2fo.html) : a very good
project, but it seems to have difficulties whith big Word files...
- wait for OpenOffice... there is a good spec of a XML format...
- use AbiWord Word->XML Docbook functionnality ...

note: do u interest with the cocoon process flow ? I have build a cocoon process flow, please 
logon to http://www.webappcabaret.com/mysoft/cocoon1.8/ and please give some comments. But maybe 
got some link problem on the online gif file , i still no time to fix it, so may u view the 
visio source file...
