[CODE] issue 118592: IP clearance: Remove xpdf

Hi all,

I have removed the xpdf module because of its conflicting license.  The 
pdf import can still be built, provided that option 
--with-system-poppler is given to configure (and the poppler library in 
its developer version is installed.)

Again, I ask for review and check in of the patch, that is attached to 
the issue.
