It looks like a pretty standard BSD license.

Yes, it would be best if Le signed a CLA and agreed to release this
under the Apache 2.0 license.  Otherwise, we'll have to carry forward
the Pragmatic Objects BSD license, which is extra work.  Depending on
the size of the contribution, it's not necessarily worthwhile.  
Sharath should also sign a CLA if this is a significant contribution
-- it's currently unclear how much of the work is from Sharath and how
much is from Le.
