Similar to how it's done during agent registration/re-registration, the informations provided by a resource provider need to get validation during certain operation (e.g. re-registration, while applying offer operations, ...).
Some of these validations only cover the provided informations (e.g. are the resources in {{ResourceProviderInfo}} only of type {{disk}}), others take the current cluster state into account (e.g. do the resources that a task wants to use exist on the resource provider).
