The 1.1 branch uses asynchnronous on demand/on change recompilation of changed files.
This makes sense since we ran into troubles with our per request recompilation in having dynamic resource handlers.
We will change that.
The only downside is there will be no clear dedicated point of recompilation anymore, but ont the other hand other things
will become simpler.
