The Beam job at https://builds.apache.org/job/beam_PreCommit builds pull requests fine. However, if we trigger a rebuild of a pull request build, it builds from master instead of checking out the pull request code again.

Bug or configuration issue?

For example, see rebuild https://builds.apache.org/job/beam_PreCommit/225/ of http://builds.apache.org:8090/job/beam_PreCommit/188

Might be related to INFRA-10383.
