[CALL FOR FAQs]
It occurs to me that we might want to append a brief FAQ to the proposal
to cover some of the ground that we've covered here recently.
If you agree, please reply with your ready-to-paste FAQ in the usual
question/answer format.
Also, please review the list of +1 committers at
< http://husted.com/about/jakarta/lib005.htm >
and let me know if you should be added (or removed) from the roster.
We have seven +1s now; I'd really like to see an eighth (but personally
would settle for six).

Second oops for the day -- I did a recount, and it seems we do have 8
(knock on formica ;-).
Which does give us the 3/4's vote mentioned at the beginning.
