WW-2874 describes a scenario in which crawlers hitting an all lowercase version of an action name returns a 404 but also logs an error. The solution was to only log errors in devMode.

However the same exception is passed to the sendError method which later logs the same Exception as an error only when not in dev mode. This exception cannot be silenced without silencing the whole of the Dispatcher class.

In dev mode the Exception is logged as debug.
