SendBufferSize

I'm seeing some very much improved transfer rates setting SendBufferSize
to 16384.

Oh hey, I think, based on my reading of /var/sysgen/master.d/bsd that
IRIX (5.3 and 6.2) default to 60k of send space.  Although the sgi
tuning docs <http://www.sgi.com/Products/WebFORCE/TuningGuide.html>
recommend lowering the send space to 30k on webservers.  But I haven't
done any experimentation.
