迁移region，ConfigNode LOG：
"REMOVE_DATANODE_PROCESS" 改为 "REGION_MIGRATE_PROCESS" 比较好。
现在迁移region，日志信息：

第2个需要修改提示信息的地方：
destDataNode的状态是Unknown，迁移region时，提示信息却是ReadOnly。
Msg: 900: Submit RegionMigrateProcedure failed, because the destDataNode 4 is ReadOnly.
