Hi Tom,

While it is a workaround, AFAIK the license of tools.jar (the one
delivered as part of the Sun provided JVM) is not of a type that we
can distribute the file. Also there are other issues with the use of
classes part of tools.jar that require us to pursue another solution
in time, see RIVER-163,
