[users@httpd] Help!!!! libtool error building Apache 2.0.43 on Redhat 7.3

Am I the only one having this problem?
after running the ./configure
I get an error on the make

I am compiling Apache 2.0.43 on Redhat 7.3 and I am receiving the following
error when I do a make:

make[1]: Leaving directory `/var/tmp/httpd-2.0.43/srclib'
