Ubuntu-10.04.4 - kernel panic not syncing fatal exception in interrupt
Greetings!
I'm trying to install Ubuntu-10.04.4 on ACS-4.2 with XenServer-6.2 as the
hypervisor. I'm encountering the following issue when I'm trying to boot a
new instance with the downloaded iso,
*kernel panic not syncing fatal exception in interrupt*
Is there any limitation / known issues with the compatibility of
Ubuntu-10.04.4 and XenServer-6.2 ?

You may face this issue even if the compute offering you have provided while deploying vm is not sufficient to boot the vm.

Have you tried setting the OS type to 'other?

Have you tried setting the OS type to ‘other?
