Currently this Jira is marked as a release-blocker (due to the fix version being set to an upcoming release, and the issue not being resolved). This issue doesn't look like it's "a significant regression or loss of functionality" ([see this page|https://beam.apache.org/contribute/release-blocking/]). Can we unmark it as release-blocking by clearing the "Fix Version" field until after it's resolved?
