CMS Website for components
Hi,
Every component in OFBiz has a web site. Non UI components such
GoogleCheckout also have a website created for them. I remember this was
not the case before. Is this by design?

From memory I think it mostly came about as part of the UI theme functionality, you need a WebSite record in order to determine the theme that should be used for that webapp.
