Alejandro Abdelnur commented on OOZIE-1136:
-------------------------------------------
is there anyreason why the minitest module does not have oozie-main POM as parent? then we shouldn't have miss-version issues, no?

> MiniOozie (the minitest folder) doesn't currently work for a few reasons:
> 1) Its trying to use Hadoop 0.20.104.2 jars, which don't exist in the maven repos
> 2) Its missing Junit
> 3) Its missing {{javax.ws.rs.core.StreamingOutput}}
> 4) Its missing {{org.apache.oozie.test.XTestCase$MiniClusterShutdownMonitor}}
> 5) Its missing {{org.apache.oozie.test.XTestCase$ShutdownJobTrackerExecutable}}
> We should fix those problems by doing:
> 1) Update it to use Hadoop 1.1.1 like the main pom
> 2) Add Junit as a dependency
> 3) Add jsr311-api as a dependency
> 4+5) Update the testJarSimple maven profile to include these inner classes
> I'm not sure how long this has been broken for; its been at least since September when OOZIE-994 added the {{ShutdownJobTrackerExecutable}} inner class, but its probably been broken since before then.
